Good morning!! Today is K day in Gosia's ABC Challenge, and I admit the letter had me stymied. I couldn't think of a polish starting with K in my stash (or at least, not one I hadn't posted about recently, unlike yesterday's... bad me), or artwork beginning with K, so I went out and bought a new polish, lol. This is Ulta Chocolate Kiss, a warm, dark, molten brown metallic. I used two coats.
Chocolate Kiss is my first brown polish. Brown's a color I've never been into, and I never thought I would go so far as to own one, let alone enjoy it. This is such a gorgeous, warm, shimmery thing, and I really kind of love it! Chocolate Kiss a deep, rich brown with red undertones and silver, gold, and copper shimmer. The formula is a breeze to work with, which I surprised me for a lower priced house brand. I should have wrapped my tips, though; I experienced a minor amount of shrinkage almost immediately.
Any reason you can find to buy a new polish!!! "I have to...it's for a challenge". This is really pretty. It will look perfect in the Fall too. I am actually very pleased with Ulta polishes - I haven't had problems with any of mine.

DeleteThis is really a gorgeous brown, one that I don't have in my stash lol. I love the red flash in it, makes it so sparkly!

ReplyDeleteWell!! I have never in my life thought of a better reason to run out and buy a fabulous new polish than to fulfill your duty of completing a perfectly good challenge!! Lol. And you chose a gorgeous color to add to your stash. Wow! I don't have many browns, because honestly most of them just don't float my boat, but Chocolate Kiss, well, it's a river of chocolate-y goodness and I must set sail! Seriously, I think I must add this soon! It's a perfect Autumn color and it looks beautiful on you!
