OPI You Callin' Me A Lyre?

I've been thinking a lot about pinks lately, how many different variations there are and how I don't really want to wear them and why, mostly.  OPI You Callin' Me A Lyre? is easy to love and easy to wear, though, and the first one I was really drawn to in the NYC Ballet collection.  Maybe it's the sheer, lovely, soft wash of pink the bottle and the ad campaign promise.  Maybe my favorite and most comfortable looks are the simplest.  Or maybe it's the uncanny way these colors manage to look downright fluffy inside their little bottles.  Whatever.  I love this.  Maybe not as much as the pristinely aloof Don't Touch My Tutu!, but Lyre's girly, candy coated sweetness locks this as my favorite OPI collection since India.

And, it looks amazing with the gigantic nick my baby Beau clawed out of my finger.  (You're welcome for the awesome photoshop job.)  Lyre actually surprised me a little.  I expected even less pigment than the pictures show, but it turned out a surprisingly delicate, but very clearly, pink.  And, I think, perfect for the first of May.
