Gloss48 + Senna Lip Lacquer-- Blush Wine

*press sample

Hi everyone!!  Few things cause me to break into a panic like realizing I haven't seen my one of my cats all morning and then flat out not being able to find her.  Just as I was ready to text C (because I couldn't reach him via phone) that I hadn't seen Ged all morning, I happened to look under a dresser I didn't think she could possibly squeeze under... well, she can, and she did.  Crisis averted.  Excuse me while I take a few deep breaths.  Sheesh.

Okay.  About a week ago I shared a nail polish from this great new niche and beauty site called gloss48.com.  Today I'm sharing another product, Senna Lip Lacquer lipgloss.  This gloss is currently a featured product.  Find your color {HERE} for $6 off the regular price for the next five days.  I got to try the shade Blush Wine (and I highly recommend it).

First off, the packaging is cool and luxe, something I'd happily whip out and reapply in public if necessary.  Second, if you've been reading me for a while, you know I'm not big on traditional lipglosses.  This stuff is changing my mind.  Senna Blush Wine is a your lips but better shade of sparkling rosé that applies sheer and beautiful and despite, or maybe because of, the gorgeous, natural hue, wears remarkably well.

The doefoot applicator is long, slender, and just the right amount of plush , delivering precise application and the perfect amount of gloss in one swipe.  My favorite part about this gloss, though, is how it feels.  I'm always tempted to rub my lips together on those rare occasions where I've worn gloss but this feels so fantastic on my lips that I can happily let it be.  It's soft and moisturizing even as it retains its high shine appearance.  I love this stuff.

Here is Blush Wine in action, all on its own.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE how it looks by itself, which feels out of character for me, but it's also completely gorgeous over my favorite bold lip stains (and adds an element of moisture that is so often missing from lip stains).  Do your lips a favor and treat yourself to a couple of these beauties.  Gloss48 orders ship for a flat rate of $5.95 for anything under $50; $50 and over ships for free.

Where to find gloss48

Thank you for reading, know where your cats are at ALL TIMES, lol, and have a beautiful day!! ♥♥

  10. I'm glad little Geddy turned up fine. :) This gloss is pretty on you and reminds me a lot of an Avon one I had years ago...it was a special one for Christmas and had shimmer in it. Mmmmm, shimmer.

    1. Thank you, me, too... She was in a room she wasn't supposed to be in and C thinks she snuck in that morning when he was trying to leave for work. Leetle stinker. Lolol. You and your shimmer ;)

  11. The sparkle is really fine milled which I love - chunky shimmer always makes it look more cheap in my eyes. This looks super luxe!

    1. I agree 100%. Any more shimmer and I probably would not be down with this at all. It's perfect, though, finely milled as you say, and subtle.

  12. So glad your kitty was safe and sound! I've had that feeling and my kitty had escaped outside and I thought I would never see him again. My heart was breaking! Luckily we found him, but it's the worst feeling! Love this sparkly gloss on you!

    1. Ugh, I was afraid she'd somehow gotten outside but for the fact that she's never had any interest... The other one has escaped and it was just awful, you're right. These cats, Y they have to try and give us heart attacks?! And thank you ♥♥

  13. Phew what a relief! They are little buggers! They can sneak places you'd never imagine them to fit :-O Mine are the same ;-)

    1. Isn't it all about their heads? If their head can fit, the rest will, too? Geddy's got such a wide leetle melon I thought surely it'd limit her. They are buggers, man! And thank you : ) :)
