Hi everyone!! In pondering what to do with my nails at 1am last night, I decided to go with another accent. Now some of you are really adventurous and know how to have a lot of fun with color and do so on a regular basis. This would mark the second time I've worn an accent nail in less than a week so that is as wiiiild and crazy as I've ever gotten, lol. This time I decided to do a small variation on classic pink and grey with two gorgeous LVX polishes, Cliquot and Graphite.

Cliquot is a beautiful blushed pink creme originally from the Fall 2013 collection, opaque in two coats. LVX has their pale creme formula down to a science and this one is perfect. Graphite is a cool metallic grey with an equally amazing formula; originally from the Winter Resort 2014 collection.

I think these colors look lovely together and I'm finding myself really enjoying this mixing and matching thing.
Thank you for reading and enjoy your Sunday!! ♥♥♥

That's a really pretty color! Thanks for the swatches
ReplyDeleteLol. my pleasure ♥
DeleteIts pretty! The light pink is girly but paired with that gunmetal accent nail, it makes the manicure have more edge to it.
ReplyDeleteOoh, good call! I didn't think about the edge factor.
DeleteI love the mix of elegant and edgy! Really lovely combo :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Lindsey! ♥
DeleteNice. They work well together :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks, doll <3 I think so, too!
DeleteSo pretty...I love the combo! Your posts always remind me that a basic accent nail can be so effective!
ReplyDeleteThank you!! ♥♥ And maybe I'll get even MORE off the wall and add a third color in there someday... maybe ;)
DeleteLVX makes amazing polish!
ReplyDeleteThey really do :)
DeleteThe nudey pink pairs wonderfully with the grey shade - well chosen!
ReplyDeleteThank you thank you!! ♥
DeleteI've never tried LVX but I've heard good things and these are two gorgeous shades. I love that this is wild for you, lol! Lemme paint your nails, I'll give you wild! :D
ReplyDeleteDude, if ever we were to meet, I would wear a WPNFF mani so proudly! :)
DeleteBeautiful! And those shorties look good on you :)
ReplyDeleteThank you!! I kind of like them, too :)
DeleteAhhhh, this looks so 80's!! It was all about some pink and grey back then. And I think your wild side is just right. :)
ReplyDelete80s? Really?? I'll have to rethink this... My mom had a gorgeous grey and pink suit that she'd wear on the fanciest of occasions, along with these strappy pewter sandals so grey and pink (which is her favorite color) will forever remind me of her (and the fact that she once wore three inch heels, lolol).
DeletePrettiest pink creme ever! Looks fierce paired with the silver. :)
ReplyDeleteI agree, it's so gorgeous and I love the blushed tone as opposed to carnation, or cotton candy, or whatever, lol... not that there's anything wrong with pink pinks ♥♥
